Lagaccio cookies are the original Genoese twice-baked cookies.
Since 1851, the “Natural slow leaving”, the shaping, the first baking, the cutting and the second baking, enhance the taste and make crunchy and crumbly slices.
A hand-made touch let every slice to be different from another, granting taste and quality.

The "100% Originale" receipt is made using only high quality butter.

For the light receipt “6% di grassi” we use rice oil, it has been tought for those who want to limit fats and saturated fats without loosing the taste of a crunchy and crumbly cookie.
