"il Pandolce Antico" is a short pastry cake enriched with butter, sultana raisin and pine nuts, it’s the most ancient Genoese dessert, it was created at the age of Admiral D’Oria who announced a competition among the pastry chefs of the Republic of Genoa to create a rich and fragrant dessert that would have been stored for long time on the ships’ pantries crossing the oceans.

Our master pastry chefs have read over the ancient receipt of “Genoese Pandolce” creating a new one complement with our territory. Thanks to the use of “Extra virgin olive oil from Taggiasche Olives” we obtained a shortcrust pastry dedicated to those like us, that love our territory and ancient traditions.

Wheat flour (contains gluten); sultana raisins (26%); butter; sugar; candied citruses peels (7%) (orange and citrus peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity corrector: citric acid); milk; pine-nuts (1,6%); egg yolk; inverted sugar syrup; raising agents (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, wheat starch); flavourings; salt.

Allergens: gluten, milk, eggs and dervitaes. May contain traces of soy and nuts: almond (Amygdalus Communis L.), hazelnut (Corylus Avellana).

Wheat flour (contains gluten); sultana raisins; sugar; candied citruses peels (orange and citrus peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity corrector: citric acid); olive oil (5%); butter; milk; pine-nuts; egg yolk; extra virgin olive oil from Taggiasca olives (1%); inverted sugar syrup; raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate); flavourings; salt.

Allergens: gluten, milk, eggs and dervitaes. May contain traces of soy and nuts: almond (Amygdalus Communis L.), hazelnut (Corylus Avellana).

Wheat flour (contains gluten); sultana raisins (22%); natural yeast (contains gluten);  candied citruses peels (9%) (orange and citrus peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity corrector: citric acid); sugar; butter; eggs; pine-nuts (1,7%); inverted sugar syrup; emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids);  salt; flavourings.

Allergens: gluten, milk, eggs and dervitaes. May contain traces of soy and nuts: almond (Amygdalus Communis L.), hazelnut (Corylus Avellana).
